Ob das obige Video alles korrekt schildert oder teilweise nur spekuliert, können wir nicht bestätigen. Jedoch sprach Lisa Marie Presley in Interviews darüber, dass sie nach der Scheidung von Michael Jackson eine on-off Beziehung mit ihm führte. Und in den von Rabbi Shmuley Boteach in Form von zwei Büchern veröffentlichten Gesprächen zwischen ihm und MJ, ist nachzulesen, dass Michael offenbar Kinder mit Lisa Mare Presley wollte und er es ihr übel nahm, dass sie dann doch keine Familie mit ihm gründen wollte.
Der Daily Express hat kürzlich in einem Artikel aus einem offenen Brief von Lisa Marie Presley zitiert, den diese am Tag nach Michaels Tod auf ihrer MySpace Seite veröffentlicht hatte. Sie enthüllte darin, dass der King of Pop ihr gegenüber einst seine Furcht davor enthüllte, so wie ihr Vater Elvis Presley zu enden.
